The Anaheim Fall Festival and Halloween Parade began on October 30th, 1924. The inaugural event featured a costume contest, a mutt parade, street dancing, and an evening parade led by Grand Marshals and baseball legends Babe Ruth and Walter Johnson. Goodwill of Orange County just reopened its newly refreshed and modernized flagship store in Santa Ana. A celebration was held to commemorate the reopening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, a mariachi band playing live music, gift card giveaways to the line of guests awaiting the opening, and more. The 24,000-square-foot store is part of the organization’s main campus and it's the most visited and highest-volume thrift store located in the county.
