Two legendary Orange County chefs, Sir Bruno Serato and Pascal Olhats, are teaming up to prepare a three-course Bastille Day dinner to celebrate France's Independence Day on Sunday, July 14, at 7 p.m. at the Anaheim White House. The evening will feature a romantic atmosphere with a French accordionist during dinner, followed by a lively performance by Can-Can dancers. Guests can choose between two appetizers — braised frog legs in a tomato and white wine sauce or Bourgogne escargot in garlic butter and herbs — and two entrees — Duck à l'Orange or Whitefish with lemon, butter, and parsley.
