The 36th annual Southern California Spring Garden Show returns to South Coast Plaza from April 23 to 26, transforming the Crate & Barrel and Macy’s Home Store wings into a lush indoor garden filled with inspiration. It is one of the region’s most anticipated seasonal events, drawing everyone from serious collectors to casual plant lovers.
One of Southern California’s favorite Spring Break traditions returns to Discovery Cube Orange County this season as Bubblefest celebrates its 30th anniversary. The popular family event runs on select dates through April 12. Bubblefest blends science, creativity and hands-on fun as families explore the fascinating world of bubbles through interactive exhibits and live performances. A highlight of the event is the Mega Bubblefest Laser Show, a 40-minute spectacle that combines bubble artistry with music and lighting.

Curated by Langson IMCA Assistant Curator Michaëla Mohrmann, Ph.D., the exhibition features portraits and scenes of everyday life—capturing moments of intimacy, care, and connection at home. Many of the works on view are drawn from the museum’s Buck Collection.
