Fermentation Farm Acres is hosting its first official Farm Tour and Field Day on May 30 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in San Juan Capistrano. Adult tickets are $50.The self-guided walking tour covers seven stops across the working farm, including the orchard, HAPA Honey apiary, compost station, in-ground crop rows, greenhouse and berry rows, before wrapping up with a picnic on the lawn of the Swanner House.
