For the month, all Georgia’s locations will offer an eight-piece bucket of the restaurant’s signature fried chicken, a half dozen pieces of cornbread, a choice of two large sides such as collard greens, garlic rice, or mac and cheese, and two slices of red velvet cake for $39. The meal is available for in-house dining and takeout.

Bardega Sets Grand Opening Celebration in Laguna Hills

Bardega, the eclectic restaurant, bar and bodega-style market from partners Cory Danger and Matt Sharp, will officially celebrate its grand opening on Wednesday, Feb. 4. The afternoon begins with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 3 p.m. alongside Don Caskey, followed by a public launch party from 4 to 6 p.m. welcoming the Laguna Hills community. The San Diego-born breakfast concept is known for its one-pound burritos, bold flavors, and loyal following. The Costa Mesa outpost joins The LAB’s creative mix, taking over the former Barbonzai space following the owner’s retirement after several successful years.
