With six grand openings ahead, The CAMP is heading into 2026 with a full slate of new arrivals. Napa Rose, the award-winning signature restaurant at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, will reopen Feb. 6, 2026. The reimagined dining experience is led by Chef Andrew Sutton and Executive Chef Clint Chin and marks a new chapter for the restaurant. Building on Napa Rose’s 25-year legacy of California wine country cuisine, the refreshed concept brings new energy and global influences to the menu while honoring the flavors and craftsmanship longtime guests appreciate.

Georgia’s Restaurant is celebrating the arrival of the Tony Award–winning Best Musical The Wiz at Segerstrom Center for the Arts with a special Ease on Down Family Meal, available throughout January. For the month, all Georgia’s locations will offer an eight-piece bucket of the restaurant’s signature fried chicken, a half dozen pieces of cornbread, a choice of two large sides such as collard greens, garlic rice, or mac and cheese, and two slices of red velvet cake for $39. The meal is available for in-house dining and takeout.
Bardega, the eclectic restaurant, bar and bodega-style market from partners Cory Danger and Matt Sharp, will officially celebrate its grand opening on Wednesday, Feb. 4. The afternoon begins with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 3 p.m. alongside Don Caskey, followed by a public launch party from 4 to 6 p.m. welcoming the Laguna Hills community. The celebration includes a live DJ, branded swag, complimentary food and beverage tastings, plus games and raffles with prizes.

Newport Beach’s signature culinary celebration is back after a four-year hiatus. Produced by the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce, Newport Beach Restaurant Week runs Jan. 15–25 and invites diners to enjoy preferred-pricing lunch and dinner menus at more than 50 restaurants across Newport Beach and nearby cities. The 11-day, citywide event highlights the area’s diverse dining scene, from coastal classics to neighborhood favorites. Participating restaurants span a wide range of cuisines and experiences, offering locals and visitors a reason to plan multiple meals out throughout the week.
Earlybird Breakfast Burritos is bringing its cult-favorite breakfast burritos to The LAB Anti-Mall, with a grand opening set for Saturday, Jan. 17. The San Diego-born breakfast concept is known for its one-pound burritos, bold flavors, and loyal following. The Costa Mesa outpost joins The LAB’s creative mix, taking over the former Barbonzai space following the owner’s retirement after several successful years.
