Sherman Library & Gardens' Volunteer Association is hosting a Summer Garden Party fundraiser on Saturday, August 26th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Sherman Gardens' 2.2 acre botanical gardens in Corona del Mar. The event is sponsored in part by South Coast Plaza.Guests at the Summer Garden Party can participate in a Garden Party Hat Contest, with prizes for various categories such as Best Garden-Themed Hat, Best DIY/Handmade Hat, Best Men's Hat, Best Children's Hat, and Most Outrageous Hat.
