Perfect Summer Meals

Roy’s Restaurant just rolled out a prix fixe menu to celebrate summer’s freshest ingredients like heirloom tomatoes, rock shrimp, Steelhead trout and peaches that’s a fantastic value and perfect for warm weather dining. The three course culinary experience blends summer infused cuisine with Roy’s signature Hawaiian fusion style for $36.95 per person.

Appetizer choices include bulgogi chicken satays, rock shrimp and peaches and heirloom tomato and crispy mozzarella salad. For an entrée choose from teppanyaki mahi mahi, steelhead trout and porcini dusted hangar steak. For dessert, Roy’s offers a white peach mousse, or Roy’s signature and not to be missed melting hot chocolate soufflé.

The three-course summer prix fixe menu is available through summer 2012 at its Newport Beach and Anaheim locations. At 453 Newport Center Drive in Newport Beach.
