Pop-Up For Breakfast

August 13, 2020

Paragon Cafe - a pop-up café that’s putting a unique spin on breakfast and brunch is opening at Shuck at the OC Mix on Friday, Aug. 14!  With 20 plus years of experience cooking in the finest restaurants, OC has had the opportunity to enjoy professional Chef Dean Isom’s dinner entrees at Shuck for many years, and now, you’ll be able to indulge in his specialty breakfast entrees as well.

Everything on the menu – from the cinnamon maple butter to the flambeed strawberries – is made in-house using local and organic ingredients sourced from local farmers' markets.  With this all-new breakfast, experience comes a range of menu offerings sure to satisfy any foodie’s cravings. Guests can enjoy classics like Buttermilk French Toast, mix it up with fan favorites like the Bourbon-Glazed Chicken & Waffles, or keep things light + simple with the Avocado Toast.

Paragon Café will celebrate during a special grand opening event later this month and guests will be able to enjoy SOCO’s newest food offering Wednesdays through Sundays from 7 a.m. – 11 a.m.

3313 Hyland Ave. in Costa Mesa.
