Andrei’s Conscious Cuisine & Cocktails Launches New Summer Menu

Andrei’s Conscious Cuisine & Cocktails, the popular modern eatery boasting Mediterranean flavors and locally-sourced ingredients, launched a new menu to celebrate the start of summer.

Executive Chef Porfirio Gomez utilizes the season’s freshest produce to create new lunch and dinner dishes, as well as a new dessert. New menu items include Eggplant Caponata made with zucchini noodles, summer vegetable crudité, eggplant and Sonoma Balsamic Reduction; and Wild-Caught Lingcod made with Red Miso-glazed Pacific Lingcod, steamed Basmati Rice, spinach, and bell pepper chutney. Joining the current lineup of specialty cocktails is the Back in Black Snow Cone, made with Ketel Vodka, Blackberry Purée and X-Rated Liqueur, which is the adult version of our favorite summertime treat.
