31 Winter Chronicles!

September 01, 2011

We're are thrilled about today’s launch of 31 Bits Fall/Winter jewelry collection, "Winter Chronicles." As longtime
fans of 31 Bits Designs we feel like this is its best line yet.

31 Bits will open its Costa Mesa showroom to the public from 2 to 5 p.m. today. The new line was inspired by stories of its designers in Uganda, who share their tales while they are creating, hand-rolling, varnishing and then stringing beautiful pieces of jewelry. Each design shares a story of inspiration, spirits being lifted and positive changes in their lives.

And as a special for Greer’s OC readers the 31 Bits is offering a special online discount code, just enter GREERS15 and receive 15% off purchases through Sept. 7.

31 Bits Designs is a socially minded business that’s providing displaced women in Northern Uganda an opportunity to rise above poverty. Their income from sales of their jewelry is providing homes, food, and education for their families.

And in turn, 31 Bits founders set up a program that offers literacy education, financial and vocational training, holistic care, and support systems. 31 Bits mission is big, if you would like to get involved, you can throw a 31 Bits party at your house, or volunteer as an intern.
