Renowned chef Pascal Olhats has helped consult for Lulu’s Caafe, a new restaurant owned by Mr. Samrat Bhosle and his wife Susan. It is a fine dining-casual restaurant with a relaxing setting open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in Rancho Santa Margarita. It mostly served French Cuisine and American favorites. Some of the menu items are influenced by Pascal’s specialty dishes served in his past owned restaurants.
