Get Your Butt Kicked

Need to jump start a fitness program and get in shape ASAP?  The Studio OC Fitness, a one stop studio for Zumba, Bootcamp, Step, Ballet Fusion, Dance and Define, Booty, Legs and Abs and more classes, just launched a High Intensity Interval Training Boot Camp taught by longtime fitness industry expert, Sean Goodwin who was named American Gladiators’ toughest competitor.

The eight-week program starts today and offers  24 intense, fat-burning, body-sculpting workouts.  Sessions run at 6 a.m. and 7 a.m. every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The fat-burning workouts are combined with interval and strength training to tone the body and shed fat.
