Welcome Back to Goodwill of Orange County
Goodwill will begin its phased reopening with eight stores, for both shopping and donating, and one remote donation site on Friday, May 29 at 10 a.m.
The community’s well-being and employees, customers, and donors, remains the Goodwill’s top priority. Their stores have implemented several new steps to ensure a safe and comfortable shopping experience.
They’ve implemented several new safety and cleaning protocols, including:
• Conducting health screenings for their employees
• Requiring face coverings for all Goodwill team members and customers
• Increasing the frequency of cleaning and sanitization
• Limiting the number of shoppers in-store to maintain proper social distancing
• Using one-way aisle traffic and floor signage to help maintain proper social distancing
• Installing Plexiglass sneeze guards at all cashier stations
• Utilizing a contactless donation drop off system
• Holding donations for a minimum of a 24-hour period
Hand sanitizers and cleaning supplies for shopping carts will also be available for all customers.
All reopened stores and donation sites will be open Monday – Sunday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
