Ways & Means Oyster House Launches New Menu

Ways & Means Oyster House at Pacific City in Huntington Beach, the concept created in the tradition of world-class oyster bars around the world, debuted its new menu, offering a variety of new appetizers, entrees, cocktails, and more. New dishes include the Blackened Summer Salmon which is grilled salmon served with arugula, jerk glaze, and grapefruit & avocado salsa; and the HB-LT Sandwich with bacon candy, tomato, avocado, and romaine on Texas Toast.

Guests can pair the dishes with new cocktails such as the Thoroughbred made with bourbon, blackberry, honey, lemon, and mint; or The Haitian, which is rum, cucumber, mint, rose, and lime.
