Thomas House Offers OC Homeless Families a Fresh Start

November 19, 2020

The Thomas House Family Shelter in Garden Grove is getting ready to welcome homeless families into newly renovated apartments just in time for the holidays! Family-owned construction company Sea Pointe Construction, based in Irvine, recently installed beautiful, new custom cabinetry at the nonprofit shelter that’s been serving the community since 1987.

Sea Pointe customers are also donating furniture to spruce up the remodeled accommodations. Now, the Thomas House is launching a November Food Drive to ask for Orange County residents’ help to fill up the new kitchen cabinets and make shelter residents’ holiday meals a bit merrier.

Throughout the month of November, we will be accepting donations of

non-perishable food items for their annual November Food Drive, which ensures that they can provide residents with enough food to feed their families during their time at Thomas House.
