The Park Club California Unveils Culinary Offerings

April 12, 2024

Orange County welcomes The Park Club California, its latest hub for business and social engagements, featuring comprehensive dining options at the Monet Restaurant and the Palm Bar and Lounge.

Executive Chef Daniel Hohng, known for his innovative culinary approach, leads these venues, making the Club a go-to for all-day dining and an array of member-exclusive events such as concerts, art shows, tastings, and seasonal celebrations.

The Monet Restaurant offers a sophisticated blend of French, Asian, and Californian cuisines, with standout dishes like the signature Monet Salad, Korean BBQ marinated wagyu, and the passionfruit creme brulee. The venue's design, inspired by the Impressionist movement and crafted by Studio Collective, features an elegant bar and a cozy space for live entertainment.

Conversely, the Palm Bar and Lounge presents a laid-back atmosphere with its garden terrace, gluten-free offerings, and shared plates such as brussel sprouts with apricots and octopus with garlic hummus. The bar boasts innovative cocktails and a broad selection of wines and spirits, including the signature Center 75 and Symphony Sour.

Chef Hohng, with a background that includes working with culinary legends and earning accolades in Asia, brings over 15 years of experience to the Club. Supported by Executive Sous Chef Johnny Sanchez, Hohng's team delivers exceptional dining experiences.

The Monet Restaurant welcomes guests for dinner from Thursday to Saturday, while the Palm Bar and Lounge serves from Monday to Friday, offering morning to evening options.

Members enjoy the privilege of joining BNG Hospitality's vast network of over 110 clubs and the Palmer Advantage program, which opens doors to an array of private, golf, and country clubs globally.

Adjacent to the South Coast Plaza luxury shopping destination and in the heart of Orange County’s arts and cultural hub, The Park Club is located in the prestigious Center Tower at 650 Town Center Drive Garden Level, Costa Mesa.
