The menu will consist of:
- First Course: Shrimp Chips + Charred Onion Dip.
- Second Course: Truffle Grilled Cheese + Roasted Tomato Soup OR Crispy Crab Cake w/ butter, lettuce, breakfast radish, cherry tomato + remoulade.
- Third Course: "Linguini + Clams" (Manila, Spanish chorizo, garlic, lemon + chili flake) OR Beef Wellington (tenderloin, wild mushroom, potato, green peppercorn demi-glace).
- Fourth Course: Chocolate Cake w/ macerate strawberries + rose water ice cream.
