Summer Camp For Children With Autism

The Center for Autism & Neurodevelopmental Disorders at UC Irvine is offering a recreational Summer Camp Program to promote recreation skills for children ages 5-12 with autism and developmental disorders.

Three weeks of camp in August will be available with different themes, such as Old Time Camp Games, Outdoor & Recess Games and Water Week. Activities will include games like relay races, kickball, water balloon fights and many more.

The camp, held at UCI, includes trained ABA therapist working side-by-side with UCI students. The students serve as mentors to help guide and support the unique social and behavioral needs associated with autism and other developmental disorders.

Camps cost $500 per child a week or $400 per sibling a week.

Week 1 August 4 - 8 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Week 2 August 11 -15 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Week 3 August 18 - 22 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
