Orange County’s Oldest Operating Brewery | Eatery and Tasting Room

Evans Brewing Co. is the oldest operating brewery in Orange County, and its official restaurant and tasting room, Public House features an innovative gastropub menu, ales, lagers, and beer cocktails. With locations in the SOCO District of Downtown Fullerton and in the Bella Terra Mall in Huntington Beach, their menu is designed to complement craft beer offerings.

Enjoy brick-oven hand-pulled pizzas, house-ground rib eye blend hamburgers, as well as bison burger specials and an offering of brats infused with Evans beers. Artisanal sandwiches, seasonal soups, and salads, sides, and desserts round out the menu including healthy offerings as well. 

Live music is featured Thursday-Saturday. Happy Hour is from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday; Late Night Happy Hour from to 9 to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday; 11 p.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday. Open for lunch at 11 a.m. daily. Beer and Brat, Tuesday with $10 for a house made beer brat and an Evans pint.
