INI Ristorante Debuts Summer Table Menu

As summer comes to a close, INI Ristorante is introducing its Summer Table menu, a limited-time offering that celebrates the spirit of Southern California dining with vibrant produce, global influences, playful heat, and dishes designed to be shared over long, relaxed meals.

The Summer Table menu is available daily beginning August 18 through the end of the season. It combines INI’s Italian-forward approach with subtle Japanese influence. Highlights include Watermelon and Prosciutto with whipped ricotta and spicy seed crunch, Shrimp Rigatoni alla Rosa in a miso-tomato cream sauce, and Mala Lamb Pizza served with hot honey on the side. Dinner-only options feature a 14-ounce Prime Ribeye with caper chimichurri and Scallop Dashi Risotto finished with nori butter and egg yolk.

Most Summer Table dishes are available all day, with select items offered during dinner only. The menu is available for dine-in and takeout.
