Mindful Octopus!

Mindful Octopus Take the kids Saturday to a free pop-up yoga studio at AR4T in Laguna Beach. Mindful Octopus, a storytelling yoga program for kids, is holding three pop-up yoga classes at 11 a.m., 1 and 3 p.m. Each class lasts one hour. It’s a fun way to pave the way for young minds to enjoy health, imagination, and mindfulness. The classes are ideal for children ages three to 12 years old.

Obey Winter Sample saleLoad up on all things Obey at its famed winter sample sale Saturday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Irvine. Alz Association Holiday open houseJoin the Alzheimer’s Assn.’s holiday open house today from 4 to 8 p.m. at its headquarters in Irvine. It’s a nice to way to find great last minute gifts and support a worthy cause. Shop from the Memories in the Making art exhibition, enjoy live entertainment and holiday fare.
