Musco Center Welcomes Soweto Gospel Choir: Peace

Musco Center for the Arts presents Soweto Gospel Choir: PEACE on Tuesday, December 9 at 7:30 p.m.

The multi-GRAMMY and Emmy Award winning Soweto Gospel Choir returns to North America with a joyful program of South African freedom songs, traditional spirituals and familiar classics. The internationally acclaimed choir is known for uplifting audiences with earthy rhythms, rich harmonies and an infectious spirit. 

The concert, titled “Peace,” will also feature spirited music from Aretha Franklin, Harry Belafonte, Peter Gabriel, Kate Bush, Leonard Cohen and others. A perfect performance for the entire family.
