Love, Wine and Chocolate

Join the Wine Lab in Newport Beach on Valentine’s Day from 4 to 9 p.m. for a tasting of fine wines paired with gourmet chocolates and love. Taste five award-winning chocolates from Christopher Michael Chocolates served with with five hand-selected wines; just $40 per person ($34 for Wine Lab Club Members). Limited to 30 seatings. The Valentine's Day flight includes: passion fruit caramel paired with Veuve du Vernay Brut Rose; spicy pomegranate and lime ganache paired with Selbach Incline Riesling; chipotle & honey (spicy chipotle peppers infused into a dark chocolate ganache with honey) paired with Beck-Harweg Grand Cru Alsace Gewurztraminer; dark chocolate paired with Famiglia Bianchi Cabernet Sauvignon; and easpberry (fresh raspberry pate de fruit on top of a dark chocolate ganache) paired with Kopke 10-year Porto.
