Fermentation Farm Expands to San Juan Capistrano – Where Wellness and Flavor Thrive

November 11, 2024

Fermentation Farm just celebrated the opening of its second location at River Street Marketplace in San Juan Capistrano, bringing their beloved local, organic, and house-made probiotic-rich products and popular menu items from Costa Mesa. This community-centered fermentation kitchen, founded by Dr. Yasmine Mason in 2014, emphasizes the belief that a “Healthy Gut = Healthy Life” by reconnecting with nutrient-dense, traditional foods that support gut, immune, and overall body wellness.

Featured items include rotating flavors of organic kombucha, house-made bone broths, grass-fed beef chili, and hearty ramen with customizable broths. Their coconut zingy yogurts, like plain and mango, are a refreshing treat, and the kraut grilled cheese sandwich is a customer favorite. For those seeking healthy snacks, Fermentation Farm also offers unique fermented veggies like garlic kraut and turmeric kimchi.

The all-day breakfast menu includes popular options such as the Brekkie Sando with pasture-raised bacon and free-range eggs, and sourdough pancakes available on weekends.
