Fave food truck, The Cut Restaurant Coming to Irvine
Fans of the burger-centric food truck, The Cut will be able to enjoy their craveable burgers anytime when its first brick and mortar location opens in Irvine.
The Cut debuted in 2014 as a food truck specializing in burgers without simple, yet highest quality ingredients and toppings. Co-founders Steve Kim and Charlie Burnette partnered with Michelin-trained Chef Andres Dangond and created a menu of high-quality burgers made with all-natural, certified-humane and free-range meats that are also hormone- and antibiotic-free.
At the new location, you can choose from burger favorites like the Original Cut (an Angus beef brisket and chuck patty, American cheese, pickles and housemade Cut sauce) and the Savory Cut (with bacon relish, Swiss cheese, aioli and 3000 sauce, The Cut’s take on the classic Thousand Island dressing). Other favorites include the Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger (with Pepperjack cheese, bacon, grilled and raw onions, aioli and honey sriracha sauce). There’s even The Cutlet, a fried, free-range Jidori chicken breast with lettuce and aioli.
Other new menu items will include Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings, Serrano Ham Croquettes, Smoked Mac & Cheese, and desserts such as bread pudding. A selection of local craft beers and wine will also be available. And, a new weekend brunch is in the works.
The Cut will be at Suite 3831-C Alton Parkway in Irvine, next to Dickey’s BBQ, near Big 5 Sporting Goods at Westpark Plaza.
