Celebrate the Fall Harvest

Celebrate the French fall harvest and the unveiling of Beaujolais Nouveau, with Executive Chef Castan at St. Regis Monarch on Tuesday Nov. 16 at 6 p.m.  Chef Castan will create five delectable courses using only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients.

Guests will convene on the sunset terrace of Motif and enjoy fresh farmer's market bruschetta, an oyster station, and artisanal cheese tasting and the unveiling of this year’s Beaujolais Nouveau. A dinner inspired by French wines and Lyon, the gourmet city of France, will include classic beef bourguignon and roasted organic breast of Guinea hen's and 'Boudin Blanc' mushroom ragout.

The dinner costs $85 per person and reservations are necessary.
