Join the Hatch Chile Season Celebration at The Winery: Roasting & Toasting Event on Saturday, August 26, from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Hosted at The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar's Tustin location, this event embraces the vibrant flavors of Hatch Chile Peppers. Experience live roasting by Executive Chef Yvon Goetz and Chef de Cuisine James Chavez, as they craft a range of innovative dishes featuring Melissa’s Hatch Chiles.

Delight in hatch chile-infused bites and cocktails, complemented by beer, tequila, and live music on The Winery’s expansive Vineyard Patio, nestled in Tustin's bustling District.
