Barks of Love Animal Rescue will be holding a fundraiser "Bark Bash" event on Sunday, Feb. 26, which consists of two main events at the Gray Matter Museum in Costa Mesa-- there's a family-friendly festival from 1-4 p.m., and a VIP After-Party Gala from 6 to p.m..
