Leave it to Chris Reece to create the “Turkurrito,” a traditional Thanksgiving turkey dinner wrapped in a tortilla. The former Social Distortion drummer and owner of The Pike Restaurant & Bar along Retro Row in Long Beach is offering the burrito for a limited time only for $16.95. For 72 non-stop hours, beginning Monday, November 21 through Wednesday, November 24, the ovens at Polly’s Pies will be going non-stop with bakers working round-the-clock to fulfill more than 53,000 pie orders just in time for Thanksgiving.
