Bay Area Sustainable Seafood Restaurant Opens First OC Location
Pacific Catch, the Bay Area's sustainable seafood restaurant, has opened its second Southern California location in Tustin at The Market Place. Known for its fresh, sustainably-sourced seafood and Pacific Rim-inspired flavors, Pacific Catch has twelve other locations in Northern California. Co-founders Keith Cox and Aaron Noveshen, both from California, were inspired by their culinary experiences across the Pacific.Rowena Rillo, Director of Culinary, oversees Pacific Catch's menu, which includes pupu platters, ceviches, sushi, pokes, tacos, bowls, and burgers.
