Warehouse 72, the latest upscale dining spot inside the Hyatt Regency Irvine, is celebrating the fall season with a limited-time, chef-curated 4-course prix-fixe dinner and a seasonal cocktail. Priced at $72 per person, the menu is available on weekends and highlights fresh autumnal ingredients sourced locally.

Diners can choose from an array of dishes, starting with an Appetizer (Pork Belly, Roasted Bone Marrow, or Burrata Toast), followed by Soup or Salad (Roasted Butternut Squash or Baby Kale Salad), a Main Course (Yuzu Glazed Sea Bass, NY Strip Steak, Peruvian Grilled Chicken, or Truffle Angel Hair Pasta), and a Dessert (Butterscotch Budino, Spiced Apple Cheesecake, or Opera Cake).

Pair your meal with the new 'Falls on Flavor' cocktail, a blend of Aviation Gin, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, and a touch of sugar, available for $18 through October.
