Winemaker Steven Gerbac's expertise extends to a range of exquisite Chardonnays, Pinot Noirs, and Bordeaux-style blends.

On Tuesday, September 26, join Ox + Anchor for an exceptional dinner featuring Cass Winery. Located in Paso Robles' Geneseo District, Cass Estate Vineyard benefits from the region's unique terroir. Winemaker Sterling Kragten's innovative techniques have garnered multiple accolades, including 90+ point reviews, showcasing the elegance and creativity of his wines.
