Wild, Wild Horses

The stunning photos of Roberto Dutesco will be celebrated at ‘The Wild Horses of Sable Island’ exclusive book signing, taking place at the Environment Showroom at SOCO on Thursday, Nov. 6 from 6 to 8 p.m.

Roberto's limited-edition book is a documentation of his twenty-year journey of photographing the wild horses that run freely on the remote Canadian island off the coast of Nova Scotia.

Dutesco’s photographs representing the beauty of the horses will also be on display at the Environment showroom at SOCO. Attendees can enjoy refreshments, and have the opportunity to meet author and photographer Roberto Dutesco. Guests must RSVP by emailing eventsoco@environmentfurniture.com

Liquid Arts Series

You can discover the diverse world of wine and spirits with award-winning sommeliers, mixologists and chefs as you learn the history of iconic brands, respected regions and the art of pairing at the Liquid Arts Series at Fairmont Newport Beach happening tonight from 6 to 7 p.m. and on the first Wednesday of every month (excluding December).

Savor specialty cocktails paired with culinary offerings. The Liquid Arts Series is a fun sequence of events consisting of three stations, independent of each other.

At tonight’s Liquid Art Series, the focus is on Jack Daniels. At this event you will learn about and taste three exciting American Whiskeys, enjoy some classic whiskey cocktails and pair with some delicious chef inspired treats. 

After the event, stay and enjoy a special Prix Fixe menu in bambú Restaurant for $65 per person. If you choose to stay for the dinner, your tasting will be complimentary.

Cost is $20 payable when you arrive. Valet parking included.
