Which Fork Do I Use?

Zov’s Bistro in Tustin is offering a special dining etiquette class for children and teens on Sunday, June 5 from 2 to 4 p.m. The class includes lunch and is designed to give kids lifelong tools on how to alleviate nervousness and create memorable dining experiences. The interactive class will be taught by certified etiquette consultants, Rosemarie Burns and Linda Reed, co-authors of “Which Fork Do I Use?”

Topics covered include sitting properly and posture, how to hold flatware correctly, how to set the table and every day manners. $75 per person includes lunch. Class size is limited, you can find out more and register here.
