Life Time, ‘The Athletic Country Club’ Opening in Irvine

Life Time, the “athletic country club” known for its state-of-the-art fitness floor, studio-style classes, LifeSpa and so much more, is opening its first Irvine location on March 10, 2023. 

Located at Lakeshore Towers, the Irvine location will be the third Orange County club, joining San Clemente and Laguna Niguel, making it even easier for OC locals to invest in their health with Life Time.  

From fitness, community, and nourishment to self-care and child development, Life Time addresses all aspects of health. The Lakeshore-Irvine club will feature dedicated studios and spaces for barre, cardio cycling, Pilates, yoga, and more. 

Additional highlights include a spacious workout floor featuring hundreds of pieces of best-in-class equipment and space for personal and small group training with Life Time’s signature GTX, Alpha, and Ultra Fit programs, along with a stunning outdoor beach club featuring a five-lane lap pool, whirlpool, steam rooms and saunas and luxurious dressing rooms. 

More than just a place to work out, Life Time delivers a well-rounded experience for members with its healthy and fresh LifeCafe and full-service LifeSpa, which offers massage, hair, skin, and nail services.  Additionally, the new Lakeshore-Irvine club boasts amenities for anyone 90 days old with its Kids Academy including kid-friendly fitness classes, seasonal camps, activities, homework support, and up to 2.5 hours of daily childcare. Life Time also caters to any active 55+ years old with exclusive ARORA programming, classes, and social activities.
