Testing Classic Cocktails at Ruby’s Diner

March 16, 2017

For the first time in 35 years, Ruby’s Diner is offering a new handmade cocktail menu at select Southern California locations. The test menu features five classic cocktails including a bloody mary, Cadillac margarita, mai tai, Moscow mule and mojito.

Through Sunday, March 19, you can stop Ruby’s Diner in Huntington Beach, Long Beach, South Coast Plaza and San Clemente to try the drinks and select your favorites to determine the final cocktails to unveil on the menu later this year.

“What better way to celebrate our 35th anniversary than to develop our first Ruby’s Diner cocktail program,” said Doug Cavanaugh, Founder and CEO of Ruby’s Diner, “When creating the bar menu, we wanted to pay homage to the 1940s with classic choices that pair well with all of our menu items.  We are looking forward to customer feedback and launching the final program later in the year.”
