TacoTuesday.com Partners With Chef Chris Tzorin New Taste Cantina By Bonito

October 20, 2021

TacoTuesday.com - the first and only all-inclusive ultimate Taco Tuesday resource for everyone, everywhere – is proud to partner with renowned Orange County chef Chris Tzorin to celebrate the grand opening of his latest restaurant Taste Cantina by Bonito in Huntington Beach. Taco enthusiasts are invited to enjoy custom gourmet tacos and cars from 5 - 9 p.m. on Tuesday, November 16.

“I am thrilled to partner with renown Mexican chef Sergio Ugarte to bring gourmet Mexican street food to Huntington Beach,” said Chris Tzorin, who won the Food Network’s Cutthroat Kitchen Season 2 and Guys Grocery Games Season 1 & 9.

Tzorin was introduced to Ugarte by Ugarte’s wife, Nallely Zuniga, an Advisor to the Congress of the Union of the Chamber of Deputies in Mexico. The couple owns several restaurants and a metal recycling and a foundry company in Mexico. “We are excited to bring our combined 30+ years of culinary experience together at Taste Cantina. Everyone is invited to celebrate our grand opening and we’re collaborating with Cars & Tacos who will be organizing the custom car aspect of the evening.”

Cars & Tacos was started during the pandemic to help drive traffic to small businesses. Founder Daniel Gallardo said, “We welcome all forms of custom and vintage cars, from homemade hotrods to supercars and everything in between to come down on November 16.

The new restaurant has soft-opened to enthusiastic reviews and is quickly becoming a neighborhood favorite. For their grand opening, the chefs are preparing special gourmet tacos on homemade blue corn and cactus tortillas. Join TacoTuesday.com as we celebrate Taste Cantina’s grand open with tacos, custom cars and more.

Open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday to Friday; 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday; 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
