SeaLegs’ Easter Brunch and Bottomless Champagne

The award-winning SeaLegs Wine Bar in Huntington Beach will celebrate Easter on Sunday, March 27 with a special brunch menu featuring bottomless Champagne and special menu items.

On the Easter brunch menu, you can choose from New Zealand Rack of Lamb with mint pea puree and harissa baby carrots; Seared Scallops with citrus beet risotto, goat cheese, tarragon, micro arugula, orange beurre blanc; Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus Eggs Benedict with roasted tomatoes, poached eggs, cornmeal muffin and homestyle potatoes; Braised Short Rib Hash, bell peppers, caramelized onion, potatoes, and sunny side up egg; Lavender Basil Meyer Lemon Cake; and French Beignets with Powdered Sugar.

Open 4 to 11:30 p.m. Monday through Friday; 10 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Saturday; 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Sunday. Sunday brunch is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Happy Hour is daily from 4 to 6 p.m.
