Harmony in Yoga

Harmony Wellness Center in Costa Mesa just revamped and improved its yoga studio, and added more semi private yoga classes due to a high demand.

Owner Lyndsey Chambers created the popular semi-private sessions that includes taking yoga classes with friends, coworkers, or family members. This group session is personal, comfortable, and a favorite since you’ll receive both the attention and feedback that you would receive in a private session but in a group setting.

Call Harmony Wellness Center to learn more about the new classes being offered as well as the additional yoga programs. The exclusive studio also offers complimentary towel service, alkaline water, postural and fitness assessments, and massage memberships.

Harmony Wellness Center is at 1530 Baker Street, Suite A. in Costa Mesa. 714.444.4006.
