Prom Dreams

February 22, 2012

The next time you’re cleaning out a closet, consider helping Working Wardrobes outfit low-income high school seniors for their prom. Working Wardrobes is in need of donations of men's and women's prom apparel such as dresses, shoes, tuxedos, ties, pants, cumber buns and accessories to make the Dream Girls and Distinguished Gentlemen Prom Event on March 10, a reality for deserving teens. Participating students also will attend etiquette, self-esteem and life-choices workshops and be treated to a fashion show. Santa Ana councilmember Michelle Martinez will be a guest speaker at the event on March 10 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Irvine Hilton Hotel.

To learn more, call 714.210.2460, or visit workingwardrobes.org/promdose.htm.
