Plan Your Summer Nights at SOCO!

Summertime is here, and SOCO Collection in Costa Mesa is heating up with some amazing events to kick off your summer season. Whether you’re looking for a family fun nighttime outing or fresh inspiration for your latest home design project, Orange County’s premier dining, design, and shopping destination has you covered! Read on for the latest events coming to you from SOCO and The OC Mix.

Come be inspired to get home ready for a summer full of entertaining at SOCO’s ASID Wine + Design Night on Wednesday, June 17, from 6-9 pm! Don’t miss your chance to explore SOCO’s top design showrooms as Orange County’s ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) designers create stunning window vignettes at Design Within Reach, Stark Carpet, Cisco Home, Famosa Tile, Environment, HD Buttercup, and The Shade Store. With light bites from SOCO’s award-winning restaurants, wine pairings from LCA Wine, and designer giveaways, this fun-filled evening will quench your thirst for both wine and design.

Tickets are available for $25 online, and proceeds will benefit the ASID OC Chapter.

For a casual night out, fill your car with family and friends for SOCO Nights, an outdoor summer movie series beginning Tuesday, June 2 from 5-9 pm. From June to October, you’re invited to celebrate the first Tuesday of every month with live music and a free outdoor movie screening by Gear Co-Op in the open-air SOCO courtyard. In addition to special deals at SOCO’s award-winning restaurants, LCA Wine will offer a wine garden with proceeds benefiting the Costa Mesa High School Foundation.

Don’t forget to BYOC (bring your own chair!) and mark your calendars for all upcoming SOCO Nights: June 2, July 7, August 4, September 1, and October 6. Tickets are free, but spaces are limited, so make sure to RSVP online.

Then, keep the party going with Lord of the Strings Summer concert series at LCA Wine at SOCO on Sunday, June 28 from 3-6 pm, featuring the musical stylings of vocal and drum duo Peppino D’Agostino and Jeff Campitelli. During the live concert, guests will also enjoy delicious wine selections curated by SOCO’s LCA Wine, creating a musical experience you will not want to miss. Tickets are available online for $30.

Nicky's Week at RA Sushi

RA Sushi is joining in the fight against childhood cancer and you can help, too! You can dine at any Ra Sushi for its 11th annual Nicky’s Week, May 25-31, a week-long fundraiser benefitting cancer research and treatment at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

In Orange County, RA Sushi is at The District at Tustin Legacy. It will donate 100% of menu sales of Edamame, Tootsky Maki, Shrimp Nigiri, Pork Gyoza, Garlic Ponzu Yellowtail, Sesame Garlic Chicken and select non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. 

Nicky’s Week was developed in memory of St. Jude patient Nicholas “Nicky” Mailliard of Scottsdale, Arizona, who lost a long battle with brain cancer. Nicky was a nephew of one of RA Sushi’s founders, and the fundraiser honors him and raises awareness and funds for St. Jude, where children receive treatment even if their family cant’ pay for medial treatments. 

Open 11 a.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday; 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Friday and Saturday. Lunch is served until 3 p.m. daily. Happy Hour is 3 to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday; 10 p.m. to close Monday through Saturday; and 8 p.m. to close Sunday.
