Octoberfest at The Yard House

The Yard House at The Triangle is getting into the spirit of the season with an Oktoberfest celebration now through October 28. Enjoy German-inspired dishes, seasonal beers, an opportunity to purchase souvenir steins, and a chance to win a trip to Oktoberfest 2019 in Munich, Germany.

The special Oktoberfest dishes include a Jumbo Bavarian Pretzel with horseradish mustard and beer cheese sauce; Currywurst Poutine with beer cheese, fries, cheese curds, bratwurst and green onions; a Double Pork Burger with white cheddar cheese, arugula, red onion, tomato, bacon tomato jam, and Dijon mustard on a pretzel bun; and Chicken Schnitzel with ripped potatoes, Brussels sprouts and malt vinegar aioli.

Each week a different beer will be featured, and customers can purchase the beer of the week in a souvenir 1-liter stein with the logo of the brewery for that week. The offered brews include Sam Adams Oktoberfest through September 30; Ayinger Oktoberfest from Oct. 1 - 7; Weihenstephaner Festbier from Oct. 8 – 14; Paulaner Oktoberfest Weisen from Oct. 15 – 21; and Goose Island Oktoberfest from Oct. 22 – 28.

Yard House is also sending one lucky winner and a guest to Oktoberfest 2019 in Munich, Germany. The Grand Prize winner will receive two 2-Day Oktoberfest Tent Passes, roundtrip airfare for two, three nights of hotel accommodations, $400 in spending money, and $200 in Yard House gift cards. Yard House is also giving away $500 in gift cards every week as part of the monthly-long promotion. The public can enter on the Yard House website or by texting FEST to 37238.
