‘Month of Love’ at Bosscat Kitchen Benefits American Heart Association

February 03, 2022

Bosscat Kitchen & Libations will be celebrating Valentine’s Day all month long by donating $1 from every ‘Scarlet Cocktail’ and $1 from every Red Velvet Churros dessert to the American Heart Association.

These two items will be a part of the “Month of Love” promotion at both Orange County locations in Newport Beach and Old Towne Orange, and for the whole month, guests will be able to help giveback in a big way.

The Scarlet Cocktail is a mix of El Jimador Tequila, fresh pomegranate, ginger, and lime. A festive ruby color, The Scarlet cocktail sells for $12. For $10 guests can treat themselves to the Red Velvet Churros. With a crisp exterior and a light, chewy inside, this Bosscat classic dessert is cooked fresh to order, dusted with cinnamon sugar, and served with cookie butter frosting.

In addition to the month of love promotion, Bosscat Kitchen will be offering the “Bonnie & Clyde” this Valentine’s Day weekend - a unique whiskey flight with four pours (Clyde May’s, Maker’s Cask Strength, Four Roses, and Glenmorangie NectarD’or).

The “Bonnie & Clyde” will sell for $35 and will only be available on Valentine’s Day weekend (February 11th - 14th).

“Bonnie and Clyde were an iconic duo, each other's partner in crime,” says Matt Sharp, Beverage Director. He adds, “It’s rare that these four whiskeys would be together, in one flight, and Valentine’s Day weekend was the perfect time to line them up for tasting.”

Bosscat Kitchen & Libations has always focused on charity. Since opening their doors in 2014, they have donated countless meals to local charities and community programs as well as monetary donations through programs like this February’s “Month of Love.” Bosscat Kitchen is proud to spread and share the love!
