It’s a Cheese & Charcuterie Backyard Party

January 15, 2019

Celebrate all things cheese at SideDoor’s Cheese & Charcuterie Backyard Party, culminating from another successful creamery takeover series, on Wednesday, January 16 from 6 to 9 p.m. with a special Cheese Education Class from 5-6 p.m.

The indulgent evening will showcase the previous five months of creameries in the series including Central Coast Creamery (August), Green Dirt Farm (September), Boutique creameries from Washington State (October), Stepladder Creamery (November), and Bellwether Farms (December).

Before the main event, get the full foodie experience and attend the Cheese Education Class hosted by SideDoor’s own certified cheesemonger, sommelier, and cicerone, Tracy Nelsen. Learn about the types, styles, aging techniques and process of creating each of the highlighted cheeses. Tracy will also be on hand during the party to educate guests on the various cheeses presented and to recommend the perfect pairings.

Cheese Education Class is $25 per person; Cheese & Charcuterie Backyard Party: $65 per person. Includes one complimentary glass of wine, tax and gratuity
