Henry’s Coastal Cuisine presents Fall Wine Dinner with Heitz Cellars

Henry’s Coastal Cuisine welcomes diners to experience history through a wine dinner with Heitz Cellars on Friday, October 21 from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.  The family-owned winery, which began in 1961, has helped to shape winemaking in Napa.

In addition to being known for producing globally celebrated wines, renowned vintner, Joe Heitz, is a pioneer of sustainable farming and is credited as being the maker of the first vineyard-designated Cabernet Sauvignon. Guests attending this special wine dinner will experience specially selected wine pairings and a chef-curated five-course dinner that begins with a starter outdoors in the restaurant’s picturesque oceanfront setting.

Henry’s Coastal Cuisine Executive Chef Lewis Butler has created a bold, fresh, flavor-forward menu to complement Heitz Cellars’ featured wines for the evening:

The Heitz Cellar Wine Dinner is Friday, October 21, 2022 from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Henry’s Coastal Cuisine at The Waterfront Beach Resort. Space is limited. Price per guest is $185 (includes tax & restaurant service charge). Every two guests who attend the dinner will receive a $50 gift card to Henry’s Coastal Cuisine to use during a future visit.
