Gordon Ramsay Opens The Carnaby at Downtown Disney

July 13, 2026

Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay is bringing a taste of London to the Downtown Disney District with the opening of Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby, a new restaurant inspired by the energy, style and culinary scene of 1960s London.

Named for the iconic Carnaby Street district, the restaurant draws inspiration from an era known for its influence on music, fashion and culture. The space features three distinct dining areas, including lively social spaces, more intimate settings for private gatherings and a spacious outdoor terrace overlooking Downtown Disney. Design elements, artwork and music throughout the restaurant pay tribute to the vibrant spirit of Swinging London.

The menu showcases several of Ramsay's signature dishes, including Beef Wellington, Fish & Chips with triple-cooked fries and Sticky Toffee Pudding. Guests will also find updated takes on British classics such as Bangers & Mash and Cottage Pie, along with globally inspired dishes including Branzino, Chicken Milanese and Chickpea Tikka Masala.

One of the restaurant's highlights is a tableside Prime Rib Cart featuring hand-carved prime rib served with Yorkshire pudding, roasted vegetables and au jus.

The cocktail program includes creative offerings such as the Passionfruit Royale and Cherry Baby, alongside a selection of wines and beers from around the world.

The restaurant seats 175 guests and is expected to become a popular destination for Disneyland Resort visitors, convention attendees and Orange County locals alike.

During its soft opening, Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby will serve dinner nightly from 4:30 to 10 p.m. Breakfast and lunch service are expected to be added in the coming months.
