Garden-To-Table Winter Themed Desserts

Executive chef and restaurateur Cathy Pavlos introduced new desserts and dessert cocktails that you can cozy up to this winter at her Napa-inspired concept, Provenance at Eastbluff Village Center in Newport Beach. Provenance’s new desserts feature seasonal classics such as Apple Pie, Pumpkin and Gingerbread presented with a bold twist. Chef Cathy’s menu showcases fresh, flavorful ingredients, many of which are grown in the restaurant’s own organic raised-bed garden.

Following are the new offerings on the Provenance Dessert Menu:
Apple Pie a la Mode on the Beach: Caramelized Granny Smith Apples, Bourbon-Candied Pecan Sauce, Spiced Cookies, Caramel, Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Cinnamon Sand (Gluten Free).
Vanilla Bean Budino, Passionfruit and Rhubarb Compote, Edible Flowers.
Old Fashioned Gingerbread Waffles, Brandy Spiced Poached Pears, Toasted Walnuts, Burnt Honey, Crème Anglaise.
Pumpkin and Pecan Country Galette, Butter-Pecan Ice Cream.
Dark Chocolate Tart, Torched Bananas and Marshmallows 10.5 Scoop of Ice Cream (ask your server for available flavors).
Chef’s Artisan Cheese Plate (selections vary daily), Chutneys, Seasonal Fruit.
Provenance Espresso Martini - Absolut Vanilla Vodka, Tia Maria Coffee Liqueur, and an Espresso Shot in a Martini Glass Lined with Housemade Chocolate Sauce.
Grandma’s Nightcap - Two Muddled Brown Sugar Cubes with Meyer’s Dark Rum, Tia Maria Coffee Liqueur, and an Espresso Shot Topped with Milk.
Eastbluff Float - Three Olives Vodka, Kahlua, Cream, and a Splash of Coca Cola with Caramel Drizzle(the Adult Coca Cola Float!).
