From Thailand To Union Market Tustin, All Coco Opens

January 26, 2018

All Coco, a premium, all-coconut desserts shop concept based in Thailand, is opening its first U.S. location at Union Market, at The District Tustin on Saturday, Jan. 27.

Coconut fanatics will be able to try an abundance of coconut- centric treats, from coconut ice cream with flavors such as lemon coconut, charcoal coconut, and blueberry coconut – to coconut water slushies, coconut soft-serve and frozen pudding mixed with young coconut flesh. Certified organic coconut water will also be available and served either bottled or in an edible young coconut casing.

“All Coco is the next evolution of the coconut water trend. We’re not only incorporating our premium coconut water into desserts, but we’re also utilizing the entire coconut across the menu, from its husk and shell to the coveted young coconut meat for really unique and refreshing treats you just won’t find anywhere else right now,” said Lakeet Ngov, of All Coco. “Our desserts will appeal not only to those looking for a healthier alternative to sweets but also for foodies who want to satisfy their sweet tooths.”

From noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 27, the first 100 guests can choose from a variety of All Coco’s most unique signature offerings to receive for free, including: Coco Snowball: premium coconut water encased in an edible fresh young coconut shell; Coco Snowflake: coco-water slushie; Coco Iceland: scoop of coco ice cream in any flavor; Coco Soft Serve (with or without charcoal infusion); Juicy Pudding: coco-pudding mixed with young coco-meat; Bottle of 100% NAM HOM Coco Water.

The next All Coco is slated to open later this year at the highly anticipated Edin Park food hall in Los Angeles’ Fairfax district.

All Coco joins other notable eateries at Union Market Tustin, including The Kroft, Hatch, Portola Coffee, Milk Box, The Dirty Cookie, Churned Creamery, Crepe Coop and Bear Cheese Tart. All Coco will be located between Milk Box and Hatch, in the former Mr. Holmes Bakehouse space.

Union Market Tustin is at 2493 Park Ave. in Tustin.
