Enjoy the start of spring and the Festival of Colors at Downtown Fullerton’s critically-acclaimed Khan Saab Desi Craft Kitchen! Michelin-recognized Chef Imran “Ali” Mookhi has created three exclusive dishes just for the occasion-- available Sunday, March 28 to Monday, March 29 only.

Dig into Vada Pav (spiced potato patty, gun-powder seared pav bread), Poriyal (“South Indian Stir-Fry” - brussel sprouts, heirloom carrots, coconut, cashews, mustard seeds, curry leaf), and Paneer of Tofu Steak (marinated, peppercorn, truffle oil, BBQ sauce, chimichurri chutney, roasted garlic) alongside Khan Saab’s signature cuisine and creative mocktail selection.
