C DOBBS High Fashion in Corona del Mar

C Dobbs Boutique, formerly named Carol Rachelle in Corona del Mar, just celebrated the opening of its new location and rebranding. The boutique moved a few doors down to the former Francis Orr stationary store whose proprietor went into retirement.  

C Dobbs – is named after the owner, Carol Dobbs who offers a curated selection of women’s apparel hand selected in Italy, France, Denmark and the U.S.

C Dobbs also carries men’s clothing, accessories, specialty gifts and local artwork. The boutique is continuing to celebrate its new brand and the holidays with special events throughout the holiday season. You can stop in for refreshments and pastries, giveaways and special guests.

On Saturday November 28, from noon to 4 p.m. stop by the Pullin Underwear show (French men’s underwear, denim and shirts) with French pastries and tea provided by Douceurs de Paris as well as a chocolate crepe bar, gift giveaways and gift boxes.  

On Saturday, December 12 from 1 to 6 p.m. it’s “Women’s Day of Elegance” with couture designer Roger Canamar. You can also enjoy French pastries and tea provided by Douceurs de Paris.

A2 Kitchen Debuts at Lucky Strike

Lucky Strike in Orange just upped its culinary experience by adding A2 Kitchen (A2K), a new gastropub crafted by the award-winning chef Rodelio Agliobot, known as The Food Buddha.

At A2K, inside Lucky Strike, diners will find contemporary takes on old favorites and rich comfort food prepared daily with locally sourced ingredients.

The menu offers panko-crusted Wisconsin cheese curds with tomato jam, ahi tuna poke flatbread and breaded chicken breast with salsa verde and chimichurri aioli. A2K also offers a new cocktail list featuring hand-crafted cocktails, fine small batch and locally distilled spirits, ripe produce, herbs and spices.

Open 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Friday through Sunday.

Lucky Strike is at The Outlets at Orange 20 City Blvd. in Orange.
